Tigo Pesa continues to simplify the digital life of its customers using Tigo Pesa by enabling them to withdraw their money from more than 350 Umoja and TCB bank ATMs.

Through your phone - Tigo Pesa

  • Dial *150*01#
  • Select 7: Financial Services
  • Select 5: ATM Cashout
  • Select 2: ATM Cashout
  • Choose the bank you want to withdraw money from
  • Enter Amount
  • Enter your Tigo Pesa PIN to confirm.
  • You will receive a message with a one-time password (OTP) on your phone.

At the ATM - bank side

  • Select Cardless Withdraws
  • Select Tigo Pesa
  • Enter your Tigo Pesa phone number in the format (07XXXXXXXX or 06XXXXXXXX)
  • Enter the One-Time Password (OTP)
  • Transaction completed. Receive your money.

Note

  1. The one-time password (OTP) is valid for only five (5) minutes. It is advised to start the cash withdrawal service when you are near an ATM.
  2. Standard cash withdrawal fees will apply.
  3. The minimum amount for ATM withdrawal is TZS 10,000.
  4. The maximum amount for ATM withdrawal is TZS 400,000.
