Pay Little by Little

This service allows Tigo customers to pay for smartphones by installment i.e depositing little by little via Tigo pesa and they collect later once the full price is paid on a period of either 3 months or 6 Months without interest.

How to access the service?

  • Dial *147*00# the select Other Services then select Devices shop.
  • Visit any Tigo shops or Tigo Agents across the Country

Tax Inclusive Rates – Tigo Beatz

  • Calling IVR through 0901656161 is TZS 50 for every 5 minutes.
  • Downloading costs TZS 30 per song per day and TZS 150 per week as the service fee.

  • Send “ONDOA” or “STOP” to 15050
  • Dial 0901656161 and follow the simple unsubscribe instructions

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The service is for pre-paid customers only
  2. A Customer is advised to read carefully the disclaimers before signing for the service
  3. After reading and accepting disclaimers, customer should register for the service
  4. 1st installment should not be less than 20% of the phone’s price
  5. Customer can pay any amount after initial deposit or 1st installment until full payment is made
  6. If a customer will not finish full installment payments within stipulated period, the deposited amount will be reversed to customer wallet
  7. If customer wants to postpone installments, he/she can visit any Tigo shop to roll back transactions and refund of the paid amount will be made.
  8. If all installments are paid fully, the customer is required to visit any Tigo shop with his/her ID (NIDA, Passport, Driving Lisence) to collect the phone
  9. Deposited amount to installment account cannot be transferred to another customer.
