  • All Tigo prepaid Customers are eligible to buy SMS packs
  • Packages can only be used by a registered Tigo SIM Card
  • Yes, multiple subscriptions of more than one pack a day by a Customer is allowed.
  • Yes you can buy any SMS pack for a friend at any point in time AND you can buy more than one pack for a friend in a day except for Special offers under Saizi Yako menu
  • Yes, A Customer can carry over any remaining content of the purchased pack if a customer buys the same pack before the purchased pack validity expires.
  • The validity of a pack is always indicated at the time of purchase and in all our menus
  • Dial *102*00# and a Customer will receive a detailed SMS with the pack balance
  • No, currently a Customer can not share the content of a purchased pack with a friend. To buy for a friend, a customer needs to follow specific steps of gifting a new pack to a friend.
  • Dial *147*00# → Select Validity → Select SMS → Select a pack → Choose payment option → the Customer receive a confirmation sms of the purchase done or
  • Buy from our Website (www.tigowebsite.co.tz) or
  • from our Tigo Pesa App , or Tigopesa USSD *150*01# or
  • Buy from our POS Channelsx
  • Every SMS pack has a specified validity and the content of the purchased pack can only be used within the specified time which is always indicated at the time of purchase and in our menus.
  • There are two main payment options for a Customer to choose when buying a pack. 1. Main balance 2. Tigo Pesa.
  • These options are provided based on the channel selected by a Customer for Example on USSD *147*00# and Tigo Website a Customer can opt to pay via Main balance option or Tigo Pesa option. While when Tigo Pesa App or Tigo Pesa menu via USSD *150*01# the payment option is only Tigo Pesa
  • Yes, a Customer can use the content provided on the pack for both On net and off net
  • No, the content provided on SMS packs is only enabled for On net and Off net use and can not be used during roaming or for sending interntational SMS
  • Yes, a Customer is not restricted to use or buy other services while subscribed to a pack

Vigezo na Masharti:

– Wateja wote wa Tigo wa malipo ya kabla wanaruhusiwa kununua vifurushi vya SMS

– Vifurushi vya Tigo vinaweza kununuliwa kwa Line ya Simu ya Tigo iliyosajiliwa tu 

Mteja anaweza kununua vifurushi zaidi ya maramoja kwa siku. 

Mteja anaweza kumnunulia rafiki kifurushi chochote cha SMS wakati wowote kwa siku NA anaweza kumnunulia kifurushi zaidi ya kimoja / mara moja kwa siku isipokuwa ofa maalum kupitia menyu ya Saizi Yako
Kwa sasa Mteja hawezi kumgawia mtu mwingine salio la kifurushi ambacho amekinunua. Kumnunulia kifurushi rafiki, Mteja anatakiwa kufuata hatua maalum za kumnunulia rafiki kifurushi kingine.

Zipo njia mbili za malipo ambazo Mteja anaweza kutumia wakati wa kununua kifurushi.

  1. Kutumia Salio kuu 2. Tigo Pesa.

Njia hizi Mteja hupatiwa kulingana na mfumo wa huduma zaliochagua kwa mfano, Kupitia Menyu ya kawaida kama *147*00# na Tovuti ya Tigo Mteja anaweza kuchagua kununua kifurushi kupitia Salio la kuu au Salio la Tigo Pesa. Endapo Mteja atatumia njia ya kununua kwa kupitia App ya Tigo Pesa au Menyu ya USSD ya Tigopesa ya  *150*01# basi Mteja ataweza kununua vifurushi kwa salio la Tigo Pesa Pekee. 

Kila kifurushi cha SMS kina muda wake wa kudumu na salio la kifurushi kilichonunuliwa hudumu katika muda huo uliowekwa. Hii tumeiweka wazi kwa kila kifurushi katika Menyu zetu za huduma na huwekwa bayana pia kabla mteja hajafanya manunuzi au kulipia
Mteja anaweza kubeba salio la kirufushi alichonunua ikiwa atanunua kifurushi kile kile kabla ya muda wa kifurushi alichonunua kuisha. Muda wa kifurushi umewekwa wazi kwa kila kifurushi katika Menyu zetu za huduma na huwekwa bayana pia kabla mteja hajafanya manunuzi au kulipia kifurushi

Piga *147*00# → chagua Muda wa kifurushi → chagua SMS → chagua njia ya malipo → Mteja atapokea ujumbe wa uthibitishi wa manunuzi ya kifurushi au
